Our Foundation
what we stand firmly on
Black Men Achieve of Greater Rochester was founded in 2017 to address the systemic barriers and challenges that boys and young men of color face in society. Our mentorship program recognizes that these individuals often encounter disproportionate levels of adversity, including limited access to resources, negative stereotypes, and systemic injustices that hinder their personal and professional development.
The program aims to provide tailored mentorship, youth development, and support to empower boys and young men to overcome these obstacles and achieve their full potential.
